He is considered one of the pioneers of the internet, having contributed to making it the massive source of information and communication tool it is today. His knowledge of electronics is what allows him to produce reliable, trustworthy reviews of all kinds of products.

The videos cover a number of different types of products. Recently, the channel reviewed the QUESTYLE M12 Mobile Hi Fi Headphone Amp, the Google Pixel a week before that and a webcam the week prior. “On the business side, I have created and launched four Internet related startups, the first of which was The Internet Mall,” says Taylor. “The original one. Long since vanished into obscurity, of course, but I was definitely part of the dot-com bubble and in addition to my own startups, I served on the board of a number of different small companies (and continue to do so today) and have worked with various investment and venture capital firms as a due diligence analyst and even an entrepreneur in residence. In parallel, I learned to write, and write I did. 22 books. Thousands of magazine and newspaper articles. Today, I continue to write both online and off, including a popular monthly column for the Boulder Daily Camera. I might have a book development going on behind the scenes, but nothing to announce. I do contribute forewords or introductions for a few books a year. If you’re looking for someone to write a foreword for your new book, please drop me a note!”

In addition to his vast knowledge regarding electronics, he is an award winning public speaker and can be found at all kinds of conferences, talks and panels including online events conducted via Zoom and other similar platforms.
