Cathedral City, CA – Deciding on where to buy a home is usually a tedious task. Most people are wary of the type of people residing in the community they intend to buy a home. Living around good people always has its advantages.

In the words of Mandy Hale, "There is nothing more beautiful than someone who goes out of their way to make life beautiful for others." Than purchasing a home in this Cathedral City Community whose residents set up a Gofundme page for a family and have received a tremendous response.

As part of the efforts to help a family left without a home Friday afternoon after a giant fire in Cathedral City, the residents of the dream homes neighborhood set up a Gofundme page to help the family in this challenging time.

The public has rushed to help with donations, and the GoFundMe Page has been shared hundreds of times with avid support. Over 90 donors have contributed. So successful, the goal of the GoFundMe, which is $20,000, has been reached by a quarter.

The Dumas/Joslin family has overcome some difficult times, but as proud as they may be to ask for help, this is something they are going to need help with," reads the page.
