Resurgence Behavioral Health is thrilled to announce that Tiffany Nicolau has accepted the position of Vice President of Operations. A trusted and integral part of the Resurgence team for years, Tiffany brings a wealth of experience to the position that will allow her to grow and continue to develop her impressive organizational skills.
As the VP of operations, Tiffany will work directly with the Resurgence CEO to ensure that each one of the locations is able to fulfill its mandate to provide the best possible treatments for the clients. As part of her new role, Tiffany will correspond regularly with each of the Executive Directors and Program Directors, evaluating their reports, and collaborating to ensure that all of the programs are operating successfully.
Tiffany has an extensive background in addiction treatment. She brings extensive experience working with quality care standards established by the Joint Commission and DHCS to this position. Her ability to effectively manage organizational teams and projects made her a clear choice for this exciting new promotion. Tiffany has also worked elsewhere in the treatment industry as a Program Director, Corporate Compliance Officer, and Case Manager.
