New York, NY - Interactive sessions delivered by popular NYC illusionist and mentalist remain in high demand for virtual gatherings of all shapes and sizes.
Leading NYC illusionist and mentalist Matías Letelier knew he had a good idea when he launched Social-e-Connected, a virtual magic entertainment show that could reach audiences in spite of the COVID-19 lockdowns and social restrictions. What he did not expect, however, was the explosive demand the unique, online sessions would demand after just a short time of offering them through his company, Fun Corporate Magic.
“We knew there would be some risk involved because at the time these types of virtual sessions weren’t nearly as popular or well-known,” Matías says. “We spent a lot of time figuring out how to carry over that sense of wonder and excitement everyone gets from watching an in-person magic show. We wanted to have a highly interactive experience and not just someone doing tricks in front of a webcam. The response has been overwhelmingly positive.”
Matías says the live streamed sessions are perfect for social gatherings, corporate events like team-building sessions or retreats, birthdays, launch events, or any other reason his clients can think of.
“There is never a bad time for a little bit of magic,” Matías says. “It is something everyone enjoys, even the skeptical ones who aren’t so sure about virtual events. By the end of the session, their smiles are just as big, if not bigger, than the ones who are a little more involved right off the bat.”
The sessions are very interactive and keep participants engaged and on the edge of their seats throughout the entire performance, thanks to Matías unrivalled skills as well as the cutting-edge studio he has built to provide the Social-e-Connected events. With over a year of practice delivering virtual events under his belt, Matías says that being an illusionist and crafting virtual experiences naturally go hand-in-hand.
“Delivering unforgettable experiences and memories is the true role of the illusionist,” Matías says. “It has been such a joy exploring this new and exciting territory with my clients and audience members, and I’m very grateful for the opportunity to bring good and positive energy to people as we all deal with these extraordinary times.”
To date, Matías has delivered experiences for Amazon, Walmart, JPMorgan, T-Mobile, AT&T, Morgan Stanley, Red Bull, Huawei, and many other industry-leading brands. Some of the experiences he performs include parlor shows, strolling close-up magic, stage shows, and other custom-tailored events designed to meet the specific needs of the client and their audience.
