About Pickett, Ray & Silver
Pickett, Ray & Silver (PRS) was founded in 1969 by Ray Pickett, Dean Ray, and Glenn Silver. Eventually, the company transferred ownership to Julie Bartch. She is the sole owner, managing the company with the help and support of Doug Tiemann, Chief Operating Officer.
PRS provides civil engineering, land planning, and land surveying for new residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects and government and public works entities. They work with builders in creating developments, many of which incorporate new urbanism and sustainable design.

Their Land Survey Division provides boundary and topographic surveys and control measures using advanced software technology, like drone technology and CAD systems.
With over 50 years of serving St. Charles and St. Louis counties, PRS offers uncompromised experience and expertise.
