Local Painting Contractor Hires New Operations and Production Manager

Meridian, Idaho -

Adam Roe Painting recently hired a new Operations and Production Manager, Kenny Dial. Kenny is responsible for managing activities that produce an Authentic, Reliable, and Professional experience for customers. Kenny's primary focus involves managing the operations process while embracing innovation, creativity, planning, control, performance improvement, and product development through communication and training.

With a focus on the team's safety and well-being, managing a company that cares about its employees and customer satisfaction is an ideal fit for Kenny based on his past skills and experience.

Kenny was born and raised in Southern Georgia and at the age of 19 enlisted in the U.S. Navy. He is the oldest of four and grew up working in the construction trade with his father.

Before moving to Idaho, Kenny lived in Southern California, Washington, and Hawaii until 2014 where he honorably separated from the Navy and settled in Idaho. After moving to Idaho, Kenny began working and attending college full time, obtaining his Associates in Accounting, Bachelor’s in Business Management, and then a Masters of Business Administration (MBA).

Kenny’s strong work ethic, extensive experience in various industries, and educational background has allowed him to grow and thrive in his professional roles throughout the years. His knowledge and expertise will continue to benefit him and the ARP family in his new role as the Operations and Production Manager.

In his leisure time, Kenny enjoys fishing, camping, hiking, and traveling abroad, experiencing other cultures across the world. Kenny views his role as a father as the most important job he has ever held and strives to set a great example for his son and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his kids and teaching them to play sports and providing them with the tools and opportunities to help them succeed.
