Hoping to share this family tradition and bring his heritage to the United States, Chef Lui started Francesca's Italian Restaurant. "I started a restaurant to share the same ability to bring the happiness that my family had on those Sundays," he shares. As a start, they offer Cozze Inbianco, mussel sautéed in Francesca's special herbs, spices, and white wine sauce until they are perfect. They will melt in the mouth. For the main course, they have Fra Diavolo, a family recipe of robust marinara sauce with the choice of shrimp or chicken mixed into a medley of deliciousness served on a bed of linguini pasta and garnished with fresh parsley. For pasta, guests are raving about Francesca's lasagna, Lui's amazing creation of layers of homemade pasta, fresh and imported mozzarella, Francesca's marinara meat sauce baked to perfection.

Francesca's also made sure to perfect its hand-tossed pizza. The restaurant uses homemade pizza dough. They have the Francesca's Special with imported Italian pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, fresh local bell peppers & onions, all laid on top of their signature sauce and blanketed with their imported mozzarella cheese.

As a family restaurant, Francesca's Italian Restaurant doesn't forget the kids on their menu too. They have a special section for the kids alone. They also have desserts. One classic favorite is their Ladyfinger biscuits dipped in coffee, layered with homemade whipped cream, and topped with an imported cocoa powder.
