As a client service support specialist, Adams is responsible for the accurate and timely entering of all order data, account setups, and billing procedures. She meets goals and effectively fulfills her duties in a rapidly, fast-paced, and changing environment. Adams handles various workflow and volume no matter the time of day. Besides providing quotes to clients, she assists in special projects, assists in other departments, and manages incoming calls quickly and professionally. Her ability to prioritize and multitask made her a clear winner for this award.

Anne Adams was born and raised in Toronto, Canada, where she attended school at George Harvey Collegiate Institute. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs exploring new food, travel, culture, and art. Before coming to Reindeer Auto, she was a bank teller.
