Ingram is a Quality Care Support Supervisor with the vehicle and freight of any kind relocation service. She has been with the company for nearly ten years. As a quality care supervisor, she handles all the initial claims and follows through with clients providing efficient and timely communication. Working throughout all departments, with a variety of duties, Ingram reviews all open claims. She determines if charges are involved, facilitates the assignment, sends claim forms, returns calls, and provides written information to the customers. She gives timely follow-up on all detail assignments to ensure customer expectations are met and closes those that have been resolved.
