Employment Center in Hillsboro Welcomes New Recruiting Specialist

Hillsboro, Ore. – Express Employment Professionals of Hillsboro, Oregon is thrilled to welcome Pedro Sinhorini into his new role as Recruiting Specialist. As a Recruiting Specialist, Sinhorini is now responsible for multiple duties within the office, which will change based on the daily needs of the organization.

Sinhorini, who joined Express Hillsboro in September 2020, previously worked as an English as a Second Language (ESL) teacher in Brazil. Sinhorini declares himself a friendly person who is remarkably motivated and goal-oriented, both of which are imperative traits to succeed as a Recruiting Specialists with the Express team.

As a Recruitment Specialist, Sinhorini will help local job seekers through the application process by responding to inquiries via email, phone, and various other communication methods throughout the office. In this new position, Sinhorini will work diligently to place quality candidates into appropriate jobs hiring.  

When asked about his favorite part of joining the Express Hillsboro team, Sinhorini stated, “When I can place people to work. I love being able to help candidates find positions that fit their needs and qualifications. Working with people and impacting them in a positive way is a passion of mine.” Sinhornini’s strong tenacity, personality, and heart for helping people makes him a perfect addition to the Express Hillsboro team.
