Pensacola, Fla. - All Seasons Service Network is a local heating, ventilation, and air conditioning company, also known as an HVAC company. The HBI program assists military veterans with learning specialized trade jobs in a variety of disciplines. The HBI program is in partnership with The Home Depot Foundation, developing a free 12-week training program to help veterans develop skills in an assortment of trades including, HVAC.
The program operates out of ten locations throughout the country, including one in Jacksonville, Florida. Each location was chosen based on the proximity to the country's largest military installations. Veterans can choose different trades at each site. Each service member needs to meet with the chain of command and be interviewed by HBI staff before entering the program. Once joining the program, they will spend 75% of their time in hands-on training, allowing them to receive professional certifications and get job placement support.
Starting operations in 2012, the HBI program provides former military personnel with skills beyond their previous military duties to help them rejoin civilian life. The HBI program is offered within 180 days of military separation and is also available to dependents and spouses.
