LowCountry Home Magazine Recognizes Winner of 2020 Joseph C. Harden Community Excellence Award

LowCountry Home Magazine, South Carolina’s Premier Home Builder’s Publication, highlights this year’s winner of the Joseph C. Harden Community Excellence Award. This newest recognition is given by the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association (HHA HBA), a non-profit professional trade association in SC. HHA HBA comprises more than 450 member companies representing the building industry throughout Beaufort, Jasper, Hampton, and Colleton Counties.

The Joseph C. Harden Community Excellence Award recognizes achievements in community building by an HBA member company. For 2020, the award is conferred to David Gaal of Gaal Custom Homes & Remodeling. He was recognized “for continuing the work of Joseph C. Harden in creating new and better ways to make vibrant spaces for all Lowcountry citizens,” as published on the Lowcountry Interior Design Magazine website.

A licensed general contractor, Gaal was recognized for the significant impact he has made through projects with The Literacy Center, Deep Well’s Livable Housing Program, The HBA’s Education Foundation Scholarship program, and more.
