Currently, only 69 professionals throughout the country have their CRM, which is less than one percent of all awards professionals. The CRM certification is one of the highest professional accolades an awards and personalization professional can receive, distinguished by completing an approved thesis and 170 hours of technical and business courses approved by the Awards and Personalization Association.

The Personalization Professional Certification is a program managed by the Awards and Personalization Association, which has thousands of members worldwide. Hill was awarded the CRM designation during the International Awards & Personalization Expo that was held during the Awards and Personalization Association's annual meeting in Las Vegas, Nevada.
