New Knowledge Base Channel For ManageByStats Is Live

The ManageByStats Knowledge Base Video Channel has been defined and is being populated with fresh new content. The channel is part of the main ManageByStats channel, and features How-To videos from the MBS Knowledge Base. These entertaining videos cover the tools of ManageByStats, using equal parts training and fun to deliver the message. Topics will range across the entire MBS suite of tools, with an in-depth video, or videos, for each tool and feature.

“We’ve made these as fun as they are informative,” says MBS CEO, Philip Jepsen. “Videos are the best way to learn, and more people are demanding this format. Our Knowledge Base videos fill that demand, and they do it in an entertaining way.”

Some of the first videos cover SellerMail, ManageByStats’ customer email follow-up system, and the core tools of the Dashboard. SellerMail allows users to automate the sending of emails to customers following the sale, specifying event triggers such as purchase or refund, along with specifying delays and setting criteria such as which product receives which message, thresholds such as purchase value and others. The Dashboard allows users to fully customize the interface they use to monitor the activity and health of their Amazon business.

“There are 25 distinct tools in MBS,” says Mister Jepsen. “And many of those tools have sub-tools, with multiple features and options. These videos show the user how to set everything up, and how to use it to expand their Amazon enterprise.”
