2020 LightHouse Awards Nomination Now Open

Nomination for the annual Lighthouse Awards is now open, according to LowCountry Home Magazine, the Best Media Company in Bluffton, SC. LowCountry Home Magazine is the premier building and construction magazine that reaches out to customers looking for home building and home improvement ideas in Beaufort County, SC.

The coveted 21st LightHouse Award will be given to home building professionals who demonstrate excellence and quality of craftsmanship in the construction of homes throughout Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton Counties. It is presented by the prestigious Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association sponsored by BB&T Home Mortgage. The presenter is a not‐for‐profit professional trade association of business professionals that represent, promote, and support excellence in the home building industry through education, community service, and environmental stewardship.

The association comprises over 500 member companies, representing residential and light commercial builders, subcontractors, suppliers, and many other service professionals to the building industry. The association is likewise affiliated with the Home Builders Association of South Carolina and the National Association of Home Builders, as published in the pages of the Leading Media Company in Bluffton, SC.

Meanwhile, LowCountry Home Magazine’s owner Dan Monroe is the chairman of the LightHouse Awards program since its inception. As a respected figure in the real estate and the media industry, Monroe always leads the prestigious award successfully.

Lighthouse Awards honors the best companies in various categories, including New Home, Full Remodel, Partial Remodel, Light Commercial, Design, and Sales & Marketing. Entry is open to all qualifying members of the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association for any projects completed after July 31, 2018, within the geographical areas of Beaufort, Jasper, and Hampton Counties. Previous winners of the LightHouse Award are not eligible to join the competition again.

The deadline for the submission of entries is meanwhile set on August 14, 2020. Judging of the 2020 LightHouse Award entries will take place September 18-19 for all new home, remodel entries, light commercial, and design entries. To submit entries, visit https://www.hbahh.com/.

The 2020 LightHouse Awards results will be announced on November 6, 2020, at the 21st Annual LightHouse Awards Gala at Sonesta Resort, Hilton Head Island. All winners will also be featured in LowCountry Home Magazine, the official publication of the Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association published annually by Media Solutions and the Island Packet and Hilton Head Monthly.
