Leading Albany, OR Staffing Agency Partners with Fish of Albany, Inc for Local Food Drive

Albany, Ore. – Over the course of the upcoming weeks, Express Employment Professionals, a leading Albany, OR staffing agency is appreciative for the opportunity to assist their community during the current pandemic. Fish of Albany started in 1973 with a small food bank and clothing closet serving a few thousand each year. Currently, Fish operates 7 service programs and provides over 30,000 services each year. Fish offers a variety of programs including a food pantry, clothes closet, transportation solutions, guest house, prescription assistance and crisis intervention They are a registered non-profit and are privately funded. The organization raises all their own resources to support their programs.

The Albany, OR employment agency is currently accepting donations now until May 31st outside of the office during regular business hours. Recommended donations for the food drive include canned vegetables, rice, canned beans, pancake mix, tuna, rice, and peanut butter. All donations of packaged, non-refrigerated foods will benefit the Fish of Albany Food Bank and citizens of the local Oregon area.
