Sean O'Leary, the Irish Liquor Lawyer, has announced the launching of his new website. It’s said to be a big improvement over the previous site with many new added drop-down menu selections and features. The new website is simply stated but full of useful information concerning Chicago area liquor-related legal matters and how this experienced lawyer can best represent clients from all facets of the liquor industry.

Attorney O'Leary gave these thoughts on the new and improved website, “We here at the Irish Liquor Lawyer take much pride in the conscientious way that we do our legal work and we also put a big emphasis on customer service too. Deciding to launch a new website was part of bringing our customers an easier and better way to learn about our services and get in touch with us. Input from all members of my staff and website experts went into the creation of our new website. We are all very pleased with the way that it turned out and we feel that our clients will be happy with the new website too.”

The new homepage starts by giving background information on Attorney O’Leary such as how that before beginning the O’Leary Law and Policy Group, LLC, he held the position of Senior Public Service Administrator with the Illinois Liquor Control Commission. It also has a click-through button that interested persons can select to ask the Irish Liquor Lawyer a question about liquor law & policy. Every subject of interest on the new website can be easily accessed from its home page too. Drop-down menu items include the areas of liquor-related law that Attorney O'Leary practices. That includes such liquor-related legal matters as regulatory issues, direct to consumer shipping, trade practice/tied-house issues, constitutional issues, commercial transactions, and label approvals/trademarks. This webpage also talks about how the Irish Liquor Lawyer has experience at liquor lobbying and advocacy and handling cannabis-related legal matters.

One of the most innovative sections of the new website is the one that includes liquor law breaking news. It is full of liquor law-related news from Illinois and elsewhere around the country. Recent news stories have titles such as ‘Illinois restaurant industry members petition to allow mixed beverage off-premise sales’, ‘Illinois Liquor Control Commission issues order authorizing off-premise sales with consent of locals’, and ‘District Court dismisses challenge to California’s importer law but the battle has just begun’. O'Leary writes many of these articles himself based on information he has read so they are easier to understand.

There is also a new ‘Case Evaluation’ section under the drop-down menu items across the top of the home page of the new website. This section contains such important features as a form to fill out to get a free case evaluation from the Irish Liquor Lawyer. Here there is also a testimonial from Richard Blau: Chair, Alcohol Beverage & Food Law Department at Gray Robinson, who gives this recommendation for Attorney O’Leary’s services, “The alcohol beverage industry is one of America’s most heavily-regulated commercial sectors. Its laws are varied, complex, and often far-from-intuitive. Which makes Sean O’Leary such a valuable asset to this esoteric area of law and regulation. Sean served for several years as an attorney with the Illinois Liquor Control Commission, and in that capacity worked with all tiers and all segments of America’s “three-tier” system. During that time, he addressed the wide range of trade practice, compliance, and policy governance issues that constantly challenge industry members. I personally worked with Sean on matters for several alcohol industry clients over those years. In all of my interactions with Sean, he displayed an extraordinary depth of regulatory technical knowledge, as well as a broader understanding of policy concerns and objectives.”

Attorney O'Leary added that although he feels the new website is very comprehensive in its scope, clients and others who still have questions for him can refer to the FAQ section of the new website or should feel free to give him a call.
