Wildout Animal & Pest Removal would like to let their customers in Central Florida know that they will still be out working during the current coronavirus crisis. They can do this because they are considered an essential service. The management at the company says that even if the state should deem it necessary to go into a mandatory lockdown, Wildout Animal & Pest Removal will still be able to help those in Orlando, Tampa, and Lakeland out with their critter removal needs. They will be operating in the safest manner possible while providing their customers with a stress-free, pest-free place to shelter.

Company spokesperson, Brent Shiver, had this to say about the current state of affairs with the virus being a concern for everyone, “This certainly is an unprecedented state of affairs in America with the ongoing pandemic. Although these are certainly scary and uncertain times, wildlife will not take a break from causing property damage and encroaching upon people’s homes even in the face of a pandemic. Because of that, we feel that it’s necessary to continue serving those with wildlife problems throughout Central Florida. So, if anyone has a snake invade their swimming pool area or hears strange scratching sounds coming from their attic, we will still be there right away to help them out.”

Shiver went on to add that even though they will still be out doing animal removal whenever there is a need for it, things will be conducted in a much different manner than they and their customers are accustomed too. He says that instead of friendly greetings being exchanged at a customer’s doorstep, there will now be a call when they are about to arrive and a wave and a friendly smile from a distance. The exact nature of a customer’s wildlife problem should be thoroughly discussed on the phone beforehand and all billing will take place over the phone after the animal wildlife removal job is complete. Employees and customers are expected to practice extreme social distancing at all times during the animal removal process. Shiver says they will never send an employee who is not feeling well to do a wildlife removal job and they ask their customers to cancel an appointment if they or someone in their family is unwell too. He says that at this time the safety of company employees and customers will take precedence over all else.

The company itself has many years of experience humanely removing all different types of wildlife. Shiver says that for more specifics on their animal removal specialties a customer can take a look at their website which is located at http://www.wildremoval.com. He says that their company has a long history of successfully removing such damage-causing critters as raccoons, rats, mice, squirrels, and opossum. They are even known for being able to humanely remove such difficult pests as bats, bees, moles, armadillos, and birds.

Shiver says they also know the value of good customer service when working and that will not change during the current crisis. Here are some reviews that seem to back that statement up. Happy customer Sara Christensen-Adams had this to say about the services she received from Wildout Animal & Pest Removal, “Amazing service!!! Not only was he able to detect the problem but he went out of his way to make sure it doesn't happen again!!! Highly recommended and on top of it a super nice guy!!! Very impressed!!!” Here is another from similarly satisfied customer Emily Salzman that says, “I really appreciate the fast response and ability to handle the situation in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!” These reviews were taken from the company’s Facebook page which can be seen here at https://www.facebook.com/WildoutAnimalPestRemoval. All of the 9 reviewers on their Facebook business page rated the company a perfect 5-stars.

Customers who find themselves with a wildlife removal need during the current crisis can still reach them by phone, email or by filling out the form on the ‘contact us’ page of the company’s website. Besides Tampa, Lakeland, and Orlando, the company also services Bradenton, St. Pete, Winter Park, Sarasota, Clearwater, Winter Haven, Apopka, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, and more.
