Bountiful, Utah -

Bountiful Utah based Dental Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of their 2020 holistic dentistry courses. These courses will cover several topics and will start as soon as the 24th of January.

Dental Solutions is widely known across Utah as a distinguished holistic dental practice that stands out above others for their instructional courses. These courses are aimed at teaching other doctors how to run a holistic practice, covering everything from diagnosis to the most complicated dental procedures. They are taught by Judson Wall, MD, a dentist with over 15 years of experience who was previously known for teaching surgical procedures to his trainees in a live patient program.

"I expect 2020 to be a great year where I and my trainees get to experience growth, refinement and development in our technique," states Dr. Wall. "The seven new courses were hand-picked by me based on popular demand and how important they are in order to run a holistic practice. Whether you attend one, two or all of them over the course of the year, you will undoubtedly learn a new set of skills that will prove helpful in overcoming the challenges that you will encounter while running your practice."

Dr. Judson Wall states that these courses are put together based on his personal experience and knowledge acquired through his career. They are separated into seven distinct courses that will take place all throughout the year, beginning with the diagnostics, administration and consultation course that will be held on 24-25 of January. This course will explore how healthcare providers may diagnose a patient, devise a treatment plan and communicate with them through a variety of testing and questioning methods that should help the practitioner understand the patient better.

Following this, the next course taught by Dr. Wall will be on TMJ and Modalities, from 6-7 March. This course will further expand on the source of the discomfort that was diagnosed in the patient during the first course, bringing in anatomy and physiology to gain a better understanding of their issues. Craniofacial pain and dysfunction diagnoses and treatments are covered in depth throughout the course, along with instructions on taking and reading CBCT images. Participants also learn and practice injection techniques to relieve pain and help patients heal.

From 24-25 April, Dr. Wall will teach the third course, covering cavitations, root canal removal and zirconia implants. This will teach attendees how to treat the pain and discomfort produced by dead teeth, exploring the literature behind the diagnosis and treatment of oral infection and cavities. This will be the first course to involve live patient surgery, aimed at preparing attendees to deal with any complications that may arise during the procedure. To complement this stage, participants will handle and experience different makes and models of ceramic implants, and observe how they are placed in live surgery.

The next course, hosted on from 17-18 July, will cover laser dentistry. This is the most extensive, hands-on experience of all of the courses, exploring a variety of topics that range from caries to biostimulants and snoring treatments. Attendees will learn every aspect of laser dentistry, observing their usage in great depth along with receiving an adequate review of laser physics. This session culminates with the presentation of a case study where students will highlight the skills they have learned and how they can help patients heal.

Towards the latter half of the year, on 18-19 September, Dr. Wall's course will focus on Ozone treatments, which are widely accepted as one of the most beneficial therapies in dentistry. Attendees will review anatomy and physiology, learning and practicing injection techniques as well as various therapies that can be carried out with minimum preparation.

The final two courses will cover Orthodontics and Obstructive Sleep Apnea as well as Digital Impressions, CAD/CAM and Restorative treatments. These will be held on 23-24 October, and 13-14 of November, respectively.

Interested parties can sign up for any of these courses separately or enjoy a discounted bundle price for signing up for all of them. Dental Solutions’ website includes further information on each course. Learn more here: Holistic Dental Education Series.
