A new website dedicated to camper and recreational vehicle (RV) enthusiasts has just been launched on the Internet. Appropriately named, Camper FAQs’ aim is to have the website answer all the commonly asked questions that campers have about RVs and campers clearly and concisely, as well as some of the not so commonly asked ones.

When people refer to RVs, what they usually mean is a motor vehicle or a trailer equipped with many home amenities. The term “camper,” on the other hand, can refer to towed trailers, or units mounted on the back of a truck, popups and more. Both RVs and campers have many dedicated enthusiasts of all experience levels.

Although there are many websites on the Internet that cover camping in general, there are not so many that specialize on both campers and RVs. There are even fewer that answer all the questions that those campers or would-be campers may have.

David, a spokesperson for Camper FAQs, said, “Being enthusiasts ourselves, we were always being asked questions by people who were considering getting an RV or a camper themselves. We realized that there was no one place on the Internet where people could get straightforward answers to all the questions that we were being asked time and again. We figured that if we were being asked so many questions by people that knew us, then there must be a whole lot of others out there with the same questions. And so CamperFAQs.com was born.”

People, of course, have a number of questions about “RV life” as some call it, even some of the more experienced campers. A topic that many do not consider when they buy an RV is that it will need to be winterized if it is not being used at that time of the year. Most people simply have no idea where to start or what needs to be done, and so Camper FAQs’ article on “How to Winterize Your Camper” was an immediate hit and quickly became one of the most popular articles on the website.

The site also has articles about how to protect RVs and campers against rodents. This is another topic that many do not realize is something that is an absolute must if mice are to be kept out. Even a brand-new RV may not be as rodent-proof as the buyer may think. The website gives a list of suggestions on how to prevent infestation.

Other popular articles include how to remove fiberglass oxidation which has proven to be of particular interest to owners of older campers. Especially those who wanted to sell and move up to a bigger or better camper. With regard to selling a camper, there is an article that explains all the “do’s and don’ts” of selling and getting a realistic price from a buyer. It even explains in detail how it is possible to sell an RV with a lien on it. There are, of course, many other articles already in place on the website including a more detailed description of the types of campers and RVs that are available and how to make the most of them.

The website is already receiving positive feedback from its visitors. John McIlvenney, from Maine, said. “I was considering buying an RV for retirement, but I had so many questions. I went online and managed to get the answers to some of them but was still struggling with others. I was really happy to find Camper FAQs and get the information I needed.”

Those looking for answers to many questions about campers and RVs should check out Camper FAQs’ new website at https://camperfaqs.com. David, Camper FAQs’ spokesperson, went on to say, “We will be doing our best to put articles on the website that will answer all the FAQs that people have. The world of camping is always changing, and we will endeavor to keep up with all those changes.”
