San Diego, CA – Selling in today’s marketplace has drastically changed. Buyers have become more sophisticated and have access to more information than in the past. The competition is greater than it has ever been. Approaches that worked yesterday don’t work today. Now, Sales Coach, a new online learning portal, offers individuals and sales managers the ability to have the most current and proven methods to sell more and develop a sustainable selling process, without leaving the office or their home.

Sales Coach is designed to simulate the format and impact of a live “sales boot camp.” This online, video-based sales training platform supplies students with the tools, information and techniques they would learn by going to workshops and conferences, but without the expense and travel time. And, unlike live training, the Sales Coach training program can be accessed at any time, from anywhere, time and again to review information, refresh techniques and gain valuable sales tips.

Based on a proprietary sales process called, Common Sense Selling, Sales Coach is a self-paced learning system that offers 42 separate sales training webinars for more than six hours of video training as well as an additional 15 hours of audio education. Selling tools provided for each student to download include a 99-page workbook, covering the entire program; the books, Common Sense Selling and Sales Mastery; and short and easy-to-understand lessons. New material is added on a continuous basis to the program, while weekly sales tips offer help with real-life challenges. Training doesn’t end after all the lessons are completed. Sales professionals have access to sales training webinars and sales tips for one full year.

The goal of Sales Coach is to provide a core set of selling skills and sales competencies to aid in the development of a sustainable sales process. The program covers everything from selling fundamentals to more advanced concepts, such as negotiation and effective closings. Two versions of the program are offered. The individual version is for beginners and experienced sales people while the sales management version is designed with team training in mind.
