Cox Roofing Systems, a flat roofing solution provider in Brampton, Ontario, Canada, has announced with pride that they have received another five star review. The client expressed his satisfaction regarding the residential flat roof replacement service that he received. The company is actually focused more on commercial roofing services but can still provide residential roofing services and 35 percent of its business is residential.

Wayne Cox, owner of Cox Roofing Systems, says, “We’re excited and filled with pride to have received another five star review, and this time for our residential roofing replacement service. This review is a testimonial to our efforts of always providing the best kind of service that we can offer. We would like to assure everyone that we will continue to do our best and even improve whenever that is possible.”

Wayne Cox indicated only 35% of their business is residential, but they manage this aspect of their business with professionalism, strong communication, and commitment to the homeowner and the job. Difficult to find a company like Cox today, but perhaps that's why they have been in business 62-years. Wayne, Devon & team, great experience & happy home owner.”

Cox Roofing Systems offers a solution to common roofing problems, such as a faulty or leaky roof, disruptive and noisy roof maintenance work, high energy bills, and an overall bad roofing job. The flat roofing solution offered by the company is durable, environment-friendly, long-lasting, and easily maintained.

The company offers roof restoration services in Ontario instead of roof replacement to help clients get more savings while enjoying the benefits of improved energy efficiency. The concept is to upgrade the current roofing system instead of replacing it. Roof restoration is important because while roofing systems can actually last for 15 to 20 years but this can be shortened by a number of factors, such as UV degradation, poorly ventilated areas, precipitation-heavy climate, loss of reflective paint and coverings, and roof colour.

Cox Roofing Systems uses excellent and high-efficiency products to help restore a roof and consequently add 25 more years to its average service life. The products they utilize are resistant to harmful UV rays and water. All of that is made possible by the company’s TTR® (Tri Thermal Roofing) system that employs a polyurethane foam and an EPDM membrane.

The company’s patented TTR® system makes use of a high-R-value spray to apply polyurethane insulation to the roof. This serves as a lightweight, energy efficient insulation for the existing roof. After this, a fully adhered EPDM membrane is applied to offer a level of protection that is more superior than traditional coatings. The adhesive used for the membrane is easy to apply and offers excellent adhesion to both the EPDM membrane and the polyurethane insulation. It also offers excellent wind uplift protection without using primers or fasteners.

An alternative to the TTR® system also offered by the company is the Firestone UltraPly Platinum TPO, which is backed by a 30-year Platinum Warranty. This can be further improved by using the Firestone HailGard™ insulation to protect against 100 mph winds, 2” hail, and incidental punctures.

Cox Roofing Systems was established in 1976 as Stan Cox Insulation Contractors, which was a urethane foam insulation company. The company was later incorporated in 1980. And in 1990, it was transformed into Cox Roofing Systems after they were able to develop their unique roof system, and they began offering to offer industrial and commercial roofing services.
