The Mortgage Bureau King's Lynn branch office in the UK has announced that they have been privileged in getting involved in a charity golf day at Heacham Manor to raise funds for East Anglia's Children's Hospices. The event was able to raise a total of 4,565 pounds sterling. The East Anglia’s Children's Hospices have the goal of supporting families and providing care for children and young people with life-threatening illnesses across Essex, Cambridge, Suffolk, and Norfolk. The event was organised by Stephen Eldridge and was held on September 28, 2019.

Mr Masterson, the founder of The Mortgage Bureau, says, “It was indeed a privilege to be involved in such an event. The children at the hospice and their families need all the help they can get and we felt that it was a good opportunity to give back to our community. We expect to be involved in many more events like this in the near future.”

East Anglia’s Children's Hospices help families in having flexibility and control on where they can receive care and support, including where their child dies; at home, in the hospital, or at one of three hospices at Milton in Cambridge, The Nook in Norfolk, and The Treehouse in Ipswich.

They offer various kinds of services for children with life-threatening conditions and their families. These include care at end of life; specialist symptom management support and advice; daycare and overnight breaks, including accommodation for families; emotional and well-being support, including art therapy, counselling and music therapy; occupational therapy and physiotherapy, including hydrotherapy; family events; specialist play; spiritual care; and support groups.

Meanwhile, East Anglia’s Children's Hospices mostly rely on voluntary donations to be able to provide their services. For the current year, they have the goal of raising 6.4 million pounds sterling from fundraising and 4.9 million pounds sterling from their shops. They also need to complete the public appeal for 10 million pounds sterling for the development of their hospice in Norfolk, including a new hospice.

The King’s Lynn branch office of The Mortgage Bureau is strategically located in a prime location at the top of King’s Street near the Tuesday Market Square, which is a huge public car park. Several local estate agents with which the company works closely with are located just a short distance away.

The King’s Lynn branch serves customers from the North Norfolk Coast, West Norfolk, South West Norfolk, and North Cambridgeshire, as well as neighbouring towns and villages including Anmer, Castle Acre, Clenchwarton, Beachamwell, Dersingham, East Rudham, Denver, Gayton, Gatwood, Fincham, Harpley, Heacham, Great Massingham, Houghton, Leziate, Hillington, Northwold, Pentney, Narborough, South Wootton, Tilney All Saints, Sandringham, West Rudham, West Winch, and Walpole.

The Mortgage Bureau has nurtured its relationship with its clients by providing them with independent advice. The fact that the company is independent of all lenders is beneficial for their clients because it enables them to source out the best products for their clients. They can even change a provider when they find that there is a better deal during the term of an existing agreement.

The professionals at The Mortgage Bureau do not just serve as independent financial advisors. They can also recommend the most affordable life assurance products available. Their clients are therefore assured to have a custom-fitted package for their home purchase that exactly meets their needs and their budget. It is by helping clients through the whole procedure of buying a home from an independent point of view that The Mortgage Bureau ensures its clients get the best deal.

They also ensure that client information is kept confidential and are not shared with estate agents who may be on the lookout to increase their commissions. They can assure their clients that the property vendor does not know their specific budget. In this way, they are able to negotiate the best possible price for the home they are buying.
