Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains has recently partnered with Flourish Change, an app that lets everyone help make a difference in a small way--through their spare change.

In just one month of giving spare change—the 25 or 50 cents left over after a coffee purchase—one person can fully fund a girl’s membership. It would surprise anyone, the difference they can make just by giving their own change but think of what the community can do with a whole army of people deciding to give in this simple way.

It’s easy to get started. Simply download Flourish in any app store (Google Play or Apple Store), choose Girl Scouts of Texas Oklahoma Plains, link a debit and credit card (or more than one), and start automatically giving spare change with each purchase. Next, share the word with friends and family to help more Girl Scouts. Just think of how each app owner's impact can begin to multiply when others join alongside.

Start turning pocket change into something greater and more impactful and help the Girl Scouts of the Texas Oklahoma Plains grow. In September, Girl Scouts of the Texas Oklahoma Plains was able to open a new store in Abilene, which offers badge workshops to help scouts work towards their next level, due to the support of the community.
