Mike Marko, the CEO of IM Consultant Services, a digital marketing agency based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, is reaching out to the wider community to share his review for Kyani. The review shared on Marko’s website looks at Kyani as a whole, the various products they offer, the compensation plans they have and, most importantly, the scam allegations targeted at Kyani.

According to the review, Kyani is a food supplement provider that uses a direct-selling model to market their products. They focus on the health and wellness industry and distributes their products with independent distributes who are compensated through various means for their work. According to the Kyani website, their mission is to bring hope for a better life through wellness and opportunity.

In the review, Marko, says that the secret behind Kyani is the fact that they use two relatively unknown Superfoods: Wild Alaskan Blueberries and Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon. The company was founded by Dick & Gayle Powell, Kirk Hansen, and Carl Taylor in 2005 and, to date, it operates in 44 countries across the globe.

The company offers a number of supplements to their customers. Kyani products include Kyani Sunrise and Kyani Sunset—meant to be used in the morning and the evening, respectively—and Kyani Nitro FX and Kyani Nitro Xtreme. These products are sold by independent distributors.

According to the review, those interested in becoming independent distributors must be aware of how Kyani’s system works. There are four options to choose from when getting started with Kyani. The first is a Distributor Pack at $40, then a Product Pack at $299, followed by Business Builder at $499 and then, finally, Premium Business Builder at $999.

As stated in the review, Kyani offers a 20-30% commission on product sales to their distributors, and recruitment commissions are offered based on the value of the starter pack bought by the brand-new distributor. In addition to that, a Pay Gate Accumulator integrates all commissions down the line. Furthermore, Kyani also offers several other financial incentives, including sponsor bonuses, fast start bonuses, car programs, leadership pools, and incentive trips.

Finally, Marko’s review looks at the claims that Kyani is a scam—and his answer appears to be a firm ‘no.’ He explains, “It never fails that an individual who knows nothing about network marketing and direct sales will certainly state any MLM (multi-level marketing) company out there is a pyramid plan and they don’t even know the true definition of a pyramid system. Kyani is a steady business and they also create good products.”

Marko clarifies that he is not a Kyani member and so is unable to go in-depth about the products themselves. However, he says that he searched around to see if there were any complaints about Kyani’s line of products and, in his own words, “I didn’t see any that are worth mentioning.” Marko believes that every allegation of scamming aimed at Kyani comes from bloggers who want to mislead readers by calling everything on the internet a scam. Marko says, “All of these bloggers have one thing in common and it’s that they are all ‘Wealthy Affiliate’ members. Before anyone takes accusations of scamming seriously, you should take a moment to think. Look at the blog post you are reading and see what their true intentions are.”

IM Consultant Services and Mike Marko both have a positive reputation as digital marketing consultants. Debra Ackerbloom, a client of Marko’s, says in her 5-star Google review, “I could not be happier with my new website design by Mike and the team at IM Consultant Services. My availability is really limited due to my all hours work schedule, and Mike never skipped a beat, he regularly reminded me of what was needed from me, discussed options, introduced great ideas, and then he and his team turned out a really beautiful job for me. I really appreciate their process, skill level, and work ethic.”
