A popular online magazine for camping enthusiasts has just announced their latest competition. The magazine states that they are running a contest and the winner will receive a two day stay at Camperland RV Resort and Cabins. Camperlands is a resort at the base of Mt. Cheam in British Columbia that features a number of amenities. The location is easily accessible from Vancouver, Hope and other cities in Canada.

Camperland is situated right beside the popular Bridal Falls Waterpark and is opened from the first of April through the end of October every year. The resort has more than 250 RV and camping sites and features a liquor store, a general store, a clubhouse, a recreation hall, various swimming pools and hot tubs, two playgrounds, video game rooms and a host of other activities and amenities.

Kevin Hall, a spokesperson for the online camping magazine says, “We felt that this was the perfect contest. What could possibly be better than giving someone who loves to camp two free nights at one of the premier camping resorts in British Columbia?”

Hall says that those who would like to enter competition can do so on the magazine’s official website. He adds that entering these contests is always easy and the magazine holds similar contests every month, giving away thousands of dollars in prizes with each one. Every contest is free for readers to enter and some of the past prizes have included similar getaways and vacation stays at popular RV parks or camping sites, as well as gift vouchers to Amazon, mobile phones and various camping equipment and supplies.

“We try to make these contests fun,” says Hall. “We also try to make them line up with our readers so we choose prizes that we believe our camping enthusiasts would love to win. Vacations, free stays at some of the premier camping sites in the region and other things are always on our list of prizes.”

Camperland is indeed one of the premier camping resorts in British Columbia. The RV and camping resort hosts thousands of visitors every year with many stating that their added amenities that make them family friendly, such as their swimming pools, multiple playgrounds and hot tubs, are what make them come back every year.

Hall says that they are always pleased at the magazine to see their readers win. He adds that the main reason for the beginning of the magazine was to encourage people to spend more time outdoors. Camping is a pastime that has dwindled in popularity over the years. Just a few decades ago, camping was a favorite family outing. Today however, Hall says that many families have never gone camping together and he adds that this is a sad fact of life.

“Families just do not know what they are missing if they are not camping together,” Hall says. “The idea behind Campfire Travel Magazine is to encourage families to spend more time together; to encourage people to spend more time in the beautiful outdoors.”

The magazine also recently launched a new publication, an online magazine for dog owners. Hall says that anyone who owns or wishes to own a dog will love some of the information and fun facts that they have included in their new online magazine.

Hall states that he hopes that anyone who loves to camp will give their magazine a look and he urges those who visit the online magazine to sign up for their monthly contests. They offer a number of contests with many different prizes to be won. The magazine also has social media pages with Facebook and Twitter where they share more information about their latest contests and what readers need to do to enter and to win. Those who are interested in this latest contest can visit the online magazine today to read through the official rules and regulations and learn more about entering and their chances of winning.
