Timonium, Md.— A Baltimore awards store was named woman-owned business of the year. Allogram received the Hall of Fame Business Award from the Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce at the 2019 annual meeting.

The Central Maryland Chamber of Commerce is an organization that helps businesses in the Baltimore-Odenton region. Their vision is “to be the catalyst for our members’ business success,” according to their website. “We accomplish our mission through four core strategies: be the voice for the Central Maryland business community on issues impacting our area; provide information about member businesses to those who can use their services; keep our members up-to-date on area issues and trends; offer opportunities for members to meet and do business, as well as support community needs.”

“I’m so proud of my staff for making this possible,” Amanda Gianotti, owner of Allogram says. “For that past 30+ years, we have been on the other side of awards—producing the highest quality awards to make our customers proud and look good. To receive one of these awards is truly an honor, and it wouldn’t have happened without my creative and dedicated team.”

The creative team at Allogram works hard to provide the best products for clients in the Baltimore area. “We are Masters of the Perfect Moment,” the team says. “We work with our clients to determine what that perfect moment looks like. We work to understand how our clients want their recipient to feel when presented with the award. Then we go to work to create the award to fit their vision and budget.”

When looking for awards in Baltimore, Allogram seems to be a popular choice for its flourishing business and firm belief in the power of recognition. “A company that creates an environment that both motivates people and where positive behavior is rewarded will attract the best talent, maintain strong morale, retain key employees, and ultimately stay ahead of the competition.” With this as their belief, Allogram’s goal is to help clients use the power of recognition.

With two locations in the Baltimore area, Allogram serves clients with all awards needs. Their Timonium location is at 2003 Greenspring Dr, Timonium, MD 21093, and their phone number is (410) 252-7300. More information is on their website at www.allogram.com.
