Scottsdale, AZ based GreenFeet, Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the GreenFeet Model 3x Townhome, the latest in their series of smart, net-zero energy urban homes. Arizona, California, and Texas will be the first states to have access to the 3X model by way of up and coming subdivisions.

The GreenFeet Model 3X Townhome is characterized by the superior technology found in each unit. Every aspect of the 3X model is an upgrade when compared to traditional construction and typical modular homes, with this version being made with greater attention to style, aesthetic appeal, and the superior materials used in its construction. Visit the company's website to learn more about the Model 3X and their other projects.

The new model is another step towards GreenFeet’s ultimate goal of lowering the cost of living while also leaving behind a net zero carbon footprint. The company is helping solve the housing crisis with their smart housing units. The 3X Townhome is affordable and environmentally friendly, making it a great choice for anyone looking for a beautiful stylish home—and it also helps reduce the effect humanity has on the environment. See the 3D video walkthrough on their YouTube Channel.

A GreenFeet Model 3X Townhome is, according to GreenFeet, “an architectural prefab residence that features three stories, an elevator, a rooftop terrace, rooftop spa, a European-style kitchen, stainless steel appliances, a built-in smart home system, and, best of all, integrated solar powering.” The solar power system is integrated into each Model 3X Townhome as roof tiles which are laid out in such a way as to create a clean, modern look. GreenFeet takes pride in offering both net-zero energy housing and uncompromising style at an affordable price. The Model 3X comes in two different versions, the 3X-1843 which features two bedrooms and a heated side yard pool, and the 3X 2068 which features three bedrooms and a downstairs BnB suite.

GreenFeet, Inc. is a prefab manufacturer, contractor, and developer that delivers net-zero energy housing projects to clients all around the United States and the rest of the world. The company makes use of their patent-protected Corelite Modular Frame, advanced mass production methods, ultra-fast jobsite assembly, solar integration, and creative plans to produce innovative, unmatched projects that no other company can come close to emulating.

“The company’s primary goal is to provide a viable solution to one of the most serious societal problems that is plaguing our world’s cities: urban housing affordability for all classes. A solution that will not only change the landscape of our planet’s metropolitan areas, but change them for the better,” says the company. “GreenFeet is also committed to the widespread adoption of clean energy and believe it is an absolute must for the future of our planet and our children. Our solar and carbon-capture technology is proven, reliable, and ready to make the transition to a clean-energy world. At GreenFeet, we leave a green, zero-carbon footprint in every project we deliver.”
