Tamara Jimenez, our Community Relations Manager stated, “We are always looking for ways to partner with the community to improve the lives of as many people as possible.”

“At Chrysalis, we empower our clients to overcome their barriers to employment. Our unique program draws upon each client’s individual strengths and teaches them concrete skills while also building hope, self-esteem, and self-reliance. The only requirement for becoming a Chrysalis client is the ability and willingness to work,” said Lisa Dulyea, Director of Development at Chrysalis’ Orange County center.

The disease of Addiction wants to separate people and the ability to join the workforce is one of the great hurdles in joining society. Any way we can create an accessible pathway will help stop recidivism of returning to active alcoholism or drug addiction.
