The only requirement for becoming a Chrysalis client is the ability and willingness to work,” said Lisa Dulyea, Director of Development at Chrysalis’ Orange County center.

The disease of Addiction wants to separate people and the ability to join the workforce is one of the great hurdles in joining society. Any way we can create an accessible pathway will help stop recidivism of returning to active alcoholism or drug addiction.
