ManageByStats, makers of software tools for Amazon sellers, has announced a new Statistics Table for messages sent and opened in their automated emails tool, SellerMail. ManageByStats is a suite of browser-based software accessed through one login, including tools for sales and customer analytics, keywords management, Amazon sponsored ads (PPC), product finding, and automated customer emails. The automated email tool, SellerMail, tracks statistics for each message, and with the new Table those statistics can now be viewed in a summary format in one place.
“Customers requested the ability to see these results in one place,” says MBS CEO, Philip Jepsen. “Until now the statistics for each email rule were given with that rule, which meant that in order to see the stats for a rule you needed to look at each rule.”
Viewing individual email results can still be done one by one, but with the new Statistics Table users can now see an overview of all emails, how many were sent and how many were opened. In the Table results can be grouped by days, weeks or months. Custom intervals can be set, and results can be displayed for specific companies or brands, if the user is managing multiple seller accounts or markets in ManageByStats.
