200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Launches In Costa Rica

The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, a massage school in Samara, Nicoya, Costa Rica has launched their new 200 hour yoga teacher training on their beautiful campus. Classes will start in the summer of 2016 and people are encouraged to request information now and put their name in to ensure they lock in their spot for the classes.

Debbie Krenz, from the Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy, says, "Only limited spaces will be available on our yoga teacher training, so we encourage everybody to call for more information and to get on our early bird list. This will ensure they can secure their spot and that they will get the best possible pricing."

The training is designed for those who teach yoga or are interested in doing so. It will be a study of the practice of yoga and is also suitable for those who practice yoga on a personal level and just want to improve. Spaces will be very limited and exact dates and prices are currently being set. 

"We also encourage everybody to join the discussion on Facebook," adds Debbie Krenz. "The page is an opportunity for people to see the things we have done in the past and how students have experienced it. And, when we have finalized the details of the yoga training, they will immediately be posted there. Being a part of the Facebook community allows you to get to know other like-minded people, many who have attended training or a workshop with us or are looking at doing so. Plus it gives you a little taste of Costa Rica."

The school campus is in Samara Costa Rica. It is a true tropical paradise where people can feel at one with themselves and with nature. It is the perfect setting for a yoga retreat.
