Whoomp There It Is: Tag Team Performs at Verizon's Superbowl Live

DC Glenn and Steve Rolln are excited to announce that Tag Team will be performing at Super Bowl LIVE presented by Verizon on Saturday, February 2nd in downtown Atlanta’s Centennial Park. They will be joining iconic Atlanta-based hip hop bass legends such as the MC Shy-D, Raheem The Dream and Kilo Ali in this bass all-star show arranged by DJ Smurf (Mr.Collipark) and Grammy-winning producer and songwriter Jermaine Dupri. The show will air live from 8 pm to 10 pm.

Tag Team was selected to be one of the featured performers because of their Atlanta roots and their smash hit Whoomp! (There It Is), which is an ideal fit for major sporting events of all types. This ‘90s hip-hop classic has been played everywhere from NFL Halftime shows to NBA arenas and continues to be a fan favorite for every event that needs some family-friendly throwback excitement and a highly recognizable '90s classic.
