Steinger, Iscoe & Greene Wins $10 Million Dollar Verdict

$10 million judgment awarded for spine injury, pain and suffering and other damages.

Port St. Lucie, Fla. - Sean J. Greene and Alfred Bell of Steinger, Iscoe & Greene are proud to announce a verdict of $10 million for one of their clients.

In the early morning hours of October 4, 2018, Mr. Joseph Price was on his way home from work and was rear-ended on the Florida Turnpike by the Defendant’s wrecker truck. His car was declared a total loss.

Before the crash, 60-year-old Joseph Price was a professional driver working up to 60 hours per week, including the loading and unloading of the tractor trailers that he drove. He was regularly able to repeatedly bend, twist, climb and lift up to 50 pounds. Despite undergoing both neck and back surgeries after the wreck, he remains unable to work in any capacity.

Steinger, Iscoe & Greene Partners Sean J. Greene and Alfred Bell took this case to trial, and a Jury Verdict was reached on December 18th, 2018.

The case was tried in the Circuit Court of the 19th Judicial Circuit in and for St. Lucie County, Florida. The jury’s verdict included $8,197,303.49 to compensate Mr. Price for his pain and suffering since the accident and for the rest of his life.
