Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta based Telus/Cambridge Electronics Incorporated is pleased to announce that they have already started offering the new Huawei Mate 20 Pro as part of their recently launched Telus Bring-It-Back (BIB) promotion.

In line with the ongoing Telus Holiday Promos, Premium and Premium+ subscribers will get to enjoy the lowest upfront costs on the newest and latest smartphones that network company offers. Customers who are enrolling in the BIB program with the new Huawei Mate 20 Pro are entitled to get a total of $250 off of their device’s upfront cost. This $250 off is composed of the $110 on BIB program’s deferred payment scheme, while the remaining $140 is an additional device subsidy from Telus.

This ongoing promotion is only being offered to customers who are purchasing the new Huawei Mate 20 Pro. Applicant’s eligibility can be checked on the introductory BIB bulletins and policy documents from Telus. In addition, this special offer cannot be combined with other code-based promotions but can be applied to certain deals such as Telus’s Trade-in program as well as to both Consumer and Business accounts. It is also governed by the provider’s terms and conditions and they have the right to cancel or stop the promotion if deemed necessary.

The BIB program is the cheapest and smartest way of getting a new smartphone from Telus. By using the promo code BIBBONUS which is already auto-loaded in their system, customers who want to get the new Huawei Mate 20 Pro can enjoy an instant $250 off of the device’s upfront cost. The BIB program offers great value for money even when compared to the traditional or regular 2-year Telus plans.

For example, in purchasing the new Huawei Mate 20 Pro with a total month-to-month price of $1,315, Premium and Premium+ subscribers will get an immediate upfront cost deduction of $1,065 because of the 2-year term device subsidy. They will also get to deduct an additional $140 for the promotional device subsidy, leaving the current total customer cost at $110. This $110, being a deferred portion of the device payment, will then be subjected to the prevailing tax of 13%. This means that a tax of around $14 will be added on top of the current total customer cost of $110. Moreover, a deduction of another $110 from the BIB Program Amount/deferred payment is also claimable which leaves the client a net total of only $14 upfront cost that is payable during the point of sale.

The new Huawei Mate 20 Pro was launched only last 08 November 2018 but is already gaining a lot of popularity from major tech review websites. With its Kirin 980 CPU, 6GB of RAM, 4,200 mAh battery and impressive 40MP + 20MP + 8MP rear and 24MP front cameras; there is actually nothing else to be desired of.

“The Mate 20 Pro is a full-featured phone for a full-featured price, but it doesn’t skimp on the former. The device even has a few tricks you won’t see elsewhere and has more powerful specs than most of its competitors. It’s a culmination of Huawei’s aspiration to put forth a phone that truly competes at the top tier, and it’s a shame that it isn’t available in more markets including the US. If you’re willing to jump through hoops to acquire and activate the phone, it’s worth buying,” says David Lumb from Tech Radar, giving the Huawei Mate 20 Pro an editor’s rating of 4.5/5.

Giving a perfect score of 5/5, Robert Jones from T3 said, “The Huawei Mate 20 Pro is one of, if not the, best phones ever made. It delivers an experience that leaves absolutely nothing to be desired and for all real-world intents and purposes, it is perfect. It's a phone that you'll soon fall in love with, and one that confirms Huawei's position as the most ambitious, pioneering smartphone maker in the world right now.”

Be on the lookout with the ongoing Telus Holiday Promos and enjoy tons of great tech and data deals like the Huawei P20 Promo during this Christmas season. More information about Telus’s wide range of perks, deals and offers can be viewed on their website and official Facebook page. Interested customers may also drop by at any of their official stores and authorized distributors to know more of their latest promotions this holiday season.
