Klamath Falls, Ore. - During the month of November, Express Employment Professionals of Klamath Falls had a goal to reach out to their community during the Thanksgiving season. To further serve their community, the local business was a notable contributor to various causes in their area over the course of the month.
The first charitable activity the Klamath Falls jobs office participated in was a food drive in collaboration with a group from a local high school. People were encouraged to help stock the shelves for the holiday season, and every dollar donated created 8 meals for the needy. With the help of Express and other participating local groups, the food bank reached their goal and will be able to provide food for those in their area for the upcoming winter months.
As another example of their exemplary service to their community and charitable commitments, Express held a Thanksgiving Giveaway in which others could nominate another to receive a $100 Visa gift card. This contest was to recognize and appreciate the incredible communities Express is fortunate to be a part of. The winning associate was working 14-hour days at the time to support his family and still managed to keep a positive mindset. The outstanding stories poured in, and evident by the winner of this contest, the dedication of Express associates was outstanding.
Among the multitude of charitable contributions to their community, Express Employment Professionals of Klamath Falls also showed appreciation to their associates by distributing two “Turkey Feast” baskets and highlighted various Veteran associates for their services on social media. Giving back to their community is not designated for one time of year.
