ManageByStats Adds New Product Tagging Sort Option

CEO of ManageByStats, Philip Jepsen, announced a new sorting option today, now available in MBS. The new option is a Product Tag system, which allows users to assign tags to products, which can then be used for analytics when selecting products for graphing, statistics and report generation. ManageByStats is a suite of software tools for Amazon sellers. Billed as The Amazon Sellers’ Operating System, ManageByStats provides sales and customer analytics, inventory management and tools for the management and oversight of many facets of an Amazon business, from Amazon Sponsored Ads to keywords.

“We’re adding this Tag option to our already robust set of categorizing and sorting tools,” says Mister Jepsen. “For some time now we’ve had our own specialized categorization option, called Product Lines, which sits between the Brand level and the product. This has allowed our users to group similar products that might belong under the same brand, but need to be grouped for analysis. With Tags we now offer even more flexibility for that grouping.”

When analyzing statistics to spot trends and make evaluations, be it in graph or numeric form, being able to group similar items together for review is vital. With the new Product Tagging system users can now logically assign tags to products, allowing those tags to later be used when grouping products for analysis.
