Free Range Camping, a business based in Eumundi, Queensland, Australia, has announced that they are now a stockist of Majestic 12 volt TV for caravans and recreational vehicles (RVs). They want to stress that the Majestic TV is perfect for RVs and caravans because it is capable of withstanding the harsh environment including the bounces it would be subjected to while the vehicle is in motion, and it is energy efficient.

Free Range Camping spokesperson Rob Catania says, “The Majestic range is built and designed in Australia for caravans, marine vehicles and RVs. It is available in three sizes: 15 inches, 19 inches, and 22 inches. Ideally, a TV for the motor home or caravan has to be able to handle both 240 volts and 12 volts. While it is possible to use an inverter to convert 240 volts to 12 volts, this is less efficient because energy is consumed during the conversion process.”

Rob Catania points out that Majestic is a world leader when it comes 12 volt entertainment products, such as televisions. It was founded in Australia in 2000 and since then, it has been designing and developing products suitable for the marine and RV environment. Their products are now available on five continents. Customers can have peace of mind with the assurance that their products will last and can handle the tough environment in marine and recreational vehicles. Furthermore, the company is so sure of the quality of their products that they provide a free three-year warranty.

Rob explains that the Majestic 12 volt TV for RVs provides the right solution for marine and recreational vehicles because its HD tuners are capable of functioning in more than 150 countries. It is also iOS and Android compatible and it has been provided with one touch auto tune. It also has USB multimedia features for photos, music and videos.

Free Range Camping now distributes Majestic TVs in various sizes, including the different brackets for mounting the TV inside the vehicle. These include the Majestic double arm swing bracket, Majestic single arm with Vesa 200 x 200, Majestic single arm swing bracket, Majestic wall bracket, Majestic wall plate to suit ARM101, and the Majestic locking pin.

Meanwhile, the Free Range Camping website has a blog where travelers and campers can get important information. For instance, one article focuses on 4WD towing wagons. The Landcruiser 70 Troop Carrier, Landcruiser 200, Nissan Patrol, Jeep Grand Cherokee, and Land Rover Discovery TD6 are all capable of pulling the full 3500 kg of a motor home when fully loaded. There are also several Wagons that can meet their full weight requirement despite being rated for only 3000 kg towing. These include the Isuzu MU-X, Pajero Exceed, Discovery TD4, and the new Prado GXL or Kakadu.

Other important information provided are free camps. One article provided various facts regarding rest areas or free camps. One of these free camps is the Middleton Hotel in Queensland. This is located 170 km west of Winton and it has been observed to be the most isolated pub in Queensland. There is a campsite opposite the pub where it is free to stay but there is not much there. Although there are toilets and showers in the pub.

Another free camp can be found at Meredith Park, Lake Colac, Victoria. The camp ground is basically a long strip of camp sites along the shores of the lake. They provide great access for rigs of all sizes and shapes. There are toilets, picnic tables and bins. It is a peaceful location with lots of birdlife. There is also a boat ramp and some fireplaces.

Meanwhile, Monto has a free camp located on the Burnett Highway Central Queensland. Entertainment there is organized and free and there are various street stalls. And another free camp in Queensland is the Gil Weir. This is located just out from Miles, Queensland, along the Warrego Highway between Roma and Chinchilla. This free camp has limited facilities but it is located on the banks of the Dogwood Creek and it is ideal for inland fishing.

Free Range Camping is a website that incorporates a directory for travelers and campers to be able to find campsites and other types of accommodation while traveling around Australia. It also has a recommended business directory, a classifieds section, and news and stories that are related to the RV and camping industry.

Those who need more information about the 12 volt Majestic TVs and the various products and services available on Free Range Camping can visit the website or contact them by phone.
