The 2019 Telus Calendar Is Now Available

Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta based Telus/ Cambridge Electronics Incorporated is delighted to announce that starting October 16, 2018, their 2019 calendar by Telus will be available for TELUS team members and TELUS customers to order. Authorized TELUS Dealer locations will receive a box of 50 calendars during the month of December to provide to customers upon request, only while quantities last.

As always, the Customer ordering process makes it simple to get next years calendar. The only thing Telus customers have to do to get their free calendar, is to order it using their My TELUS account login credentials between October 16, 2018 and January 30, 2019. The order form is available at www.telus.com/calendar, only available while supplies last.

Team members and customers do not have to pay for the calendar. There is however, a fixed limit of one calendar per team member. There is also a limit of one calendar per customer with a valid account number.

Mobility Help is a authorised dealer of Telus services and promotional offers. Dan LHeureux, a member of the team at Mobility Help says, “the 2018 calendar by Telus was so popular that Telus have decided to run the free promotion again for another year. The 2019 calendar is just as good as last year’s was, but this year Telus have had a lot more produced, so hopefully we won’t run out of them as quickly this year.”

Telus has a highly active Facebook page and is recommended by 195 people. The customer service team is praised by many, including by Leighanna Kramshoj, she says “tonight, I want(ed) to cancel my Telus account, after speaking with 2 representatives I called back and got Dawn. Telus I promise, if not for the kindness and sweetness of this young lady, I was Bell bound! Congrats on your hiring ability. I am back to being a believer! Telus fan right here! Great Save!”

Another loyal Telus customer, Kevin MacDonald, wrote a positive (5 Stars) review on the Telus Facebook page saying, “Awesome customer experience, I called in didn’t have my pin because no one remembers those anyways, the agent by the name of Jaime said He could call me back in five minutes well I look for it, which he did. Unfortunately I couldn’t find it so the agent called my father who the account is listed under and verified the account well I was on hold and then was able to proceed with helping me with my account change quickly and efficiently. I been with Telus for over 8 years myself since my first cellphone and my family has been with them 10 years plus. Always been a great experience and good value.”

Telus gives perks to existing customers, encouraging them to stay with the company, they put a large amount of resources into retaining and looking after their customers. A review by Harp Hair shows exactly that, “Been a telus customer for years. My bill went up to $184 and to get it back to my $84 dollars had to call them. On the line for 2 hours and then they would not offer the same rate, (I) lost 2 packages and my Movie channels, and still paying more than I was. (To my) surprise, to get this rate (I also) have to sign for another 2 years. I was later contacted by a Telus representative who honoured my previous price point and returned my package back to what it originally was. Thank you Telus.”
