The Institute of Wedding and Event Design, based in Deerfield Beach, FL, has released information regarding its advanced floral design classes, which will be held in various U.S. cities on various dates. However, it should be noted that the Accredited Event Floral Design Program is only offered at the Florida dedicated campus. There is also an online and digital campus for those who want to take the course from their home and learn how to design floral decoration for events such as weddings.

A spokesperson for the institute says, "Anyone can master the art and business of event floral design in just five days. Our five-day workshop curriculum will teach people how to create profitable floral designs. They can also become an Accredited Floral Designer."

Each day in the IWED course for floral design will cover a different part of the techniques for floral design. The first day will provide an introduction to floral design. This is about the basics of event decoration, including the terminology, hardware, fabrics, and the different backdrop styles.

For the second day, students learn how to correctly make various kinds of ceiling drapings. This includes the different techniques and hardware that are needed for making those drapings. On the third day, students will learn how to appropriately make table drapings, including a range of styles of tabletop decor and various centerpieces.

On the fourth day, students learn about bouquet design and holders. They will be trained to use their skills obtained through the course to create an attractive four-post canopy with their peers. On the fifth day, students will learn about boutonniere and corsage design.

People who are interested in enrolling for the IWED floral design course will need to take a number of steps to get enrolled and take part in the classes. The first step is to choose the date in which they want to attend the classes at the IWED dedicated campus in Deerfield Beach, FL. The second step is to make the proper plans on how to get to the campus each day on time and that they have a comfortable place to stay nearby.

The third step is to attend the course, which will be held for five full days from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a one hour break during lunch time. Students are urged to wear comfortable clothing. The fourth step is to watch the IWED instructors demonstrate the best way to make the floral designs as well as the correct floral care, and more.

The fifth step is for the students to make their own bouquets. This is the practical part where students will now use their own creativity in making attractive bouquets and floral designs. Students are urged to document what they have done and shared their skills on social media. The sixth and final step is to get accredited from IWED. The institute will provide the student with an Accredited Floral Designer seal indicating the completion of the industry-leading event design workshop course.

IWED offers other courses, such as the Accredited Event Design Course, which is their signature program; the Event Design Online Course, providing the complete IWED experience anywhere in the world through their custom-built digital campus; and the Accredited Special Events Design Master's Program, which is made available through the collaboration of IWED with the North American Academy of Wedding and Event Planning.

The Accredited Event Design Course will also take five days to complete. It is made up of 24 lessons that will prepare the students for a career in the wedding and event design business. The first four days of the course will be made up of hands-on education while the last day will be for business education. At the end of the course, those who complete it are giving their Accredited Event Designer seal.

The Event Design Master Certification Program is a combination of the IWED Accredited Event Design Program and the Academy Master Wedding Business Program. Both must be completed before the certification is awarded. The Master Program is made up of 12 modules, with the first six modules being focused on the ins and outs of the wedding and event industry and the second six modules being focused on the business of blogging and how to write content that will attract more traffic to the business.

The Institute of Wedding and Event Design is led by a team with more than 40 years of combined experience in the event industry. James Lester is the CEO, Andrew Walker is CTO, Vince Arnette is CFO, and Benjamin Lowrey is Director of Marketing and Growth. Meanwhile, Tina Jandreau is the lead instructor while the other instructors are Cynthia Bijulisingh, Reima Abourarabi, Jackie Phillips, and Carmen Escalante.
