Announcement: Starter Fitness Bootcamp Program Offered In New Lenox, IL

Sharon Lombardi, an experienced online fitness persona and a daytime trainer offering beginner and intermediate fitness classes to women in the Lincoln way area has announced the release of a starter fitness bootcamp program offered in New Lenox, IL. The program is aimed at helping women in this area become better people who are confident about their bodies and how they look. It is also about health and fitness that gives women the self esteem they need to face the world every day.

During the announcement, Sharon, who also offers private in-home personal training to women said, “Let’s be honest, you didn’t get where you are overnight, with that said, true fitness success takes time and hard work in and out of the gym. But you already know this…. most people don't know there are 5 common things all people do that steal their joy daily. There are so many pieces to happiness but in most cases, it starts with your body. It might be fair to say we all want to feel accepted on a physical basis by someone. Maybe the opposite sex, maybe your husband or wife, girlfriend, boyfriend or maybe you just want to feel proud to walk into a room, either way, we still want to be accepted. It’s basic human nature, being accepted. So when we feel like we aren’t accepted or better put, desired, we feel low, unconfident maybe even like we don’t matter and this is a horrible feeling. On every level, whether it is to tone up, lose weight, get stronger, we are all trying to get accepted somehow. This is why I strive to provide the best fitness and training programs.”

The starter bootcamp training program is aimed at helping people who might be far away from the one-on-one women fitness training that Sharon offers. It can also be used by people who take the fitness classes but would like follow-up information to help them with the mission body possible training.
