The legal firm of Lewis & Jurnovoy, PA in Pensacola, Florida, has announced that they are now conducting a television talk show every other Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. The Pensacola bankruptcy attorneys are inviting those interested in bankruptcy topics to join them biweekly for their show.

Martin Lewis, an attorney with the firm says, "Join myself and Steven Jurnovoy as we explain your options with regards to bankruptcy and what you can do when you run into financial difficulties."

Lewis says that The Bankruptcy Hour helps consumers to better understand bankruptcy, what may prompt one to file for bankruptcy and the process that will need to be endured in order for debt to be eliminated or made more manageable. The Pensacola debt consolidation lawyers discuss topics related to bankruptcies, including both chapters 7 and 13, to help consumers to better understand their options when financial struggles arise. Lewis says that many consumers view bankruptcy as a means of simply getting out of debt after unwise spending while others see it as the end of the world.

"It's really something right in the middle," says Lewis. "It doesn't have to be the end of the world and it can in fact, help you to get back on your feet. Of course, it should not be used to get you out of trouble simply because you cannot control your spending. There is a balance."

Lewis says that the firm hopes that The Bankruptcy Hour will help consumers to better understand the process of bankruptcy and to better cope with it if and when they do file. Lewis and Jurnovoy have been legal partners since 1998. The law firm primarily represents individuals and sole proprietors in bankruptcies. On the firm's official website at https://lewisandjurnovoy.com/, the attorneys give more information about chapter 13 and chapter 7 bankruptcy filing to help consumers to even further understand the processes that are involved.

Lewis says that the first step is to determine whether or not the consumer feels that a bankruptcy is the best next step. He says that after the self assessment, the next step is to contact a qualified bankruptcy attorney. He states that the laws regarding bankruptcy can be very confusing, particularly to consumers who have never dealt with bankruptcies or financial difficulties in the past. He says that the talk show is designed to help these consumers to better know whether or not filing is the right next step for them and he says that the attorneys offer tips on how to self assess one's financial situation to determine if a bankruptcy filing should be in their futures.

The talk show airs every other week and offers new information for each show that will further help consumers and small business owners to better understand the bankruptcy process, what they should expect if they do file and when filing bankruptcy may be the only answer to financial woes.

Lewis says that new bankruptcy laws have caused mass confusion in many consumers. He says that many believe that under these new laws, there are actually no more bankruptcies and therefore no help with out of hand financial situations. He says that this, among other bankruptcy myths, is simply not true.

"One of the reasons that we started this talk show is to dispel some of those myths," Lewis says. "Many people believe things that are so outrageous and untrue because they simply do not understand bankruptcy law. Our goal is to help them to understand and take away some of the confusion and worry about filing."

Lewis states that anyone who feels that they may be headed toward a bankruptcy can contact the firm to learn more. Those who can, should listen to the talk show to get answers about many of the questions that arise regarding bankruptcy. Lewis states that those who feel that it is time to file, those who have done a self assessment and determined that there is no other way, should contact the firm to schedule a free one on one consultation with a qualified bankruptcy attorney to determine if bankruptcy filing should be in their future.

The firm states that anyone who has more questions can listen to the talk show or visit them on their official website where there are articles on bankruptcy and tips for those who need them with regards to choosing a firm and choosing how to file. The firm states that they are pleased to help those in and around the Pensacola area with their bankruptcy filing needs.
