Country Hills Storage opens Brand New Storage Center In Ponte Verde, FL And Acquires Self Storage Center In Calgary, AB

Country Hills Storage, a member of the Amsdell family of companies, proudly announces the grand opening and acquisition of two self-storage centers, bringing their total store count to 81 locations nationwide.

The newest storage center is located at, 11575 14 St NE, Calgary, AB, T3K 5Y7. The newly constructed Country Hills Storage center, located in northwest Calgary, offers state-of the-art units, security and amenities for their customers in this rapidly growing market.

Additional buildings will continue to open over the next few weeks, as construction is completed at this location. This Country Hills Storage location offers both climate and non-climate controlled units in a variety of sizes, including drive up units for extra convenience.

The acquisition in Alberta marks the third Country Hills Storage location in that metro area. The property offers over 71,000 net rentable square feet, with a drive-through building, to make loading and unloading easy for customers regardless of weather. Physical upgrades are planned for the property, including upgraded security and the installation of individual access control. Both Country Hills Storage locations will offer a full line of moving and packing supplies, as well as truck rental options, creating a one-stop solution for anyone moving their home or business.
