Scottsdale Golf Club Announces Completion Of Phase II In Spring 2019

The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ, has announced that Phase II is expected to be completed in the spring of 2019. The expansion has five components: the Health and Wellness facility, a Casual Living facility, additional Golf game area, additions to the Main Clubhouse, and an Expanded Kitchen.

The golf course opened in April 1997 while the clubhouse opened in December 1998.

This Scottsdale golf club has approved an $8.5 million dollar expansion and upgrade plan, known as Phase II, for this year-round, social, family-friendly Club. Social activities are a major component of The Country Club at DC Ranch, which is known for its active and friendly membership base.

The Health and Wellness component of Phase II is a 12,000-square foot new facility that will include group exercise rooms, a fitness facility, 2 Kids Clubs, and locker rooms. The Golf component will be an improved short game area and an expanded practice area. The Main Clubhouse upgrades will be a new private dining room and an expanded locker room for the Ladies. The Club's Kitchen will be expanded by 600 square feet to provide more room for the chefs and more space for banquets, a pastry shop, and an additional line.

The Phase II expansion is expected not only to benefit the members, but the homeowners within DC Ranch and the community as well.
