London X City, an online magazine with an emphasis on all things London, United Kingdom, has recently completed a special on the new Love Island TV series for 2018. They have now continued this, revealing the latest from this year's contest. Their new article considers all the latest gossip and new contestants, and makes predictions on who may win it.
Chloe, editor at London X City, says: "Love Island is the best series so far. Everybody is talking about it and even those who previously said it was nothing but terrible reality TV are getting into it. We had to do a second piece with all the latest fascinating developments."
According to London X City, the twists and turns in the series may have gone slightly too far. The men and women have recently been separated, placing them in separate villas. Dani Dyer, one of the contestants, was shown a video of her boyfriend, Jack Fincham, and was led to believe that he had been unfaithful. This was not true, however, and the show has now received numerous complaints with people citing emotional abuse. Chloe continues: "Dani was shown a video of Jack's ex showing up at his new villa and it seems to have really affected her. Yet the producers did not show her that Jack refused to share a bed with female contestants, or that he told his housemates that he loved her. Dani and Jack have been favorites to win the show for some time now, particularly as they are the only stable couple. This is particularly true since Niall, who was a favorite so far, left the show earlier due to personal reasons. Chloe says: "We get that the show wants to keep things fresh and interesting, but there is no need to toy with people's emotions to this point.
