Carolina Industrial Trucks, a forklift dealer based in Charlotte, NC, has announced that they will be taking part in the annual National Forklift Day to be held on June 12, 2018. In honor of this day, CITrucks’ customer service representatives will be performing free on-site safety inspections on equipment such as forks, chains, tires as well as all other safety equipment, for all of their service areas.

Stewart Potts from Carolina Industrial Trucks says, "UniCarriers Americas Corporation is a proud sponsor of National Forklift Safety Day and CITrucks is a dealer for UniCarriers. We are also actively promoting the event because safety is an important part of our mission of exceeding expectations in providing products and services for the material handling industry."

National Forklift Safety Day is an event in which members of the Industrial Truck Association take part each year in Washington, D.C. and around the country. This event was designed to offer an opportunity for members of the industry to educate government officials and customers with regards to the safe use of forklifts and the value of proper training for forklift operators. Those interested may want to read more from the Industrial Truck Association website.

As indicated on their website, CITrucks aims to provide the best forklift maintenance and repair service in the Carolinas. For 28 years, the company has aimed to build a reputation of providing the best services to avoid customer disappointment. Stewart Potts says, "We know that downtime hurts your bottom line. Thus, you need to find a company that can handle your forklift services and repairs quickly so that you can easily get your operations back to normal."

In line with its goal of being the best when it comes to forklift services and repairs, CITrucks always tries to work around the customer's schedule and will go to the customer's site because they understand that transporting a heavy piece of machinery, such as a forklift, can be very difficult. A technician is sent over the customer's site and if possible, repairs are done on-site so that downtime is as short as possible.
