ARLINGTON, Virginia – Daniel D. Stuebs has been named interim political director for American Police Officers Alliance (APOA).
Stuebs has served as on the board of APOA and been involved in grassroots politics in Wisconsin for more than seven years. During that time, he has worked on the campaigns as a fundraiser for both state and federal elections.
Stuebs, a graduate of the University of Wisconsin at Milwaukee, plans to continue the organization’s mission to create political messaging that engages the public on various issues of law enforcement, and helping lead political races of candidates that are supporting of law enforcement.
“These days, police officers are under unfair and excessive scrutiny for the decisions they make on the job,” said Stuebs. “Our organization is here to support those elected officials who back the blue on an everyday basis, and ensure they have the support, tools, training and compensation necessary to keep our towns and cities safe.”
Steubs also added “APOA is excited to rally grassroots in support of our police. 2018 is a critical election year, and we plan to work on a mixture of federal, state and local races that are critical to show that voters are concerned about the future of those who serve.”
