New Walk-Through Guide Added To ManageByStats Amazon Seller Software

Philip Jepsen, CEO of ManageByStats, software tools for Amazon sellers, announced today that they have added a new walk-through guide to the main menu items. The guide appears as a button on ManageByStats menu selections where a walk-through guide exists, and when clicked will display helpful step-by-step tips covering each main feature for that section. The walk-through appears as dialog boxes that overlay the program interface, and eaxh dialog box points out usage directions and key tools. ManageByStats is a suite of software tools designed to help Amazon sellers manage their customers, inventory and sales.

“We’ve been ramping up our user help options,” says Mr. Jepsen. “We already offer a full user guide and knowledge base, with videos and other helpful How-To options. Now, with this new Guide, we have a direct, first-level walk-through available right in the interface that users can engage with to become familiar with the program.”

The idea behind the Guide is to offer an initial, easy-to-access option for users that steps them through the interface in real time, allowing them to see the points of interaction directly in their instance of ManageByStats. This is a first-tier help, with the user then able to advance to help documentation, knowledge base articles and videos for more instruction.

“The goal is to offer as comprehensive a training and education solution as possible,” says Mr. Jepsen. “Understanding is so important for users to get the most out of the software, especially as we offer more tools than any other provider. Effective training is one of our top priorities.”

Walk-through guides are now available in the ManageByStats interface, and appear near the Help button where available. More will be added until all menu items have a Guide.
