Philip Jepsen, CEO of ManageByStats, announced the release of a new Knowledge Base today. The new Knowledge Base (KB) consolidates all How-To and Help info for ManageByStats, a suite of software tools for Amazon sellers, in a fully searchable, web-based solution. Until now Help and How-To info for ManageByStats appeared in various places and in various forms, from web-based pages to PDFs to videos. The new format will standardize these documents, make them easily searchable, and bring all videos to a new standard.
“This is a great new upgrade to our documentation and help,” says Mister Jepsen. “As part of the new knowledge base we’re also rolling out a new series of training videos which you’ll start seeing on the site. The knowledge base will be broken into sections covering all tools, and in each section will be a video or videos for those particular topics.”
Mister Jepsen made note that the PDF of the full User Guide, which covers the entire suite of Amazon seller tools, will continue to be maintained and available. Users desiring to download, search or print the full doc can still do that. The KB will contain all the info in the Guide, organized in searchable web pages, with the addition of training videos.
“This brings everything together in one place and gives us some much needed standardization,” says Mr. Jepsen. “We think our users will appreciate this level of organization, and the ease with which topics can be found.”
The new Knowledge Base tool is now available in ManageByStats and can be accessed from the Help buttons throughout the program. Help buttons under each menu item will link to relevant KB articles, making it easy to find info on needed topics. It can be found under its own menu item, Keywords, directly on the main menu. For more details, or for info on the program itself, please visit the company’s website. If interested parties have further questions, ManageByStats may be contacted directly by email.
