Originally from Fresno CA, Rompal’s 15 years’ experience in office management, accounting, and payroll has equipped her with the relevant customer service and operational skills to effectively enhance the quality of service Express provides to both its clients and associates.

Rompal will be filling a critical role in ensuring the delivery of the highest quality service by efficiently and effectively processing associate payroll, client invoicing and implementing Express’s new and improved electronic time card system as well as various other operational functions designed to provide a higher level of service. She is expected to handle all day-to-day payroll activities and procedures with a high degree of accuracy while also ensuring that all client and associate related office operations are managed in a timely and “by-the-book” manner consistent with the employment company in Thousand Oaks, CA, ISO 9001 quality certification.
