VAN NUYS, Calif. -- Vault CrossFit, a fitness center in Van Nuys, CA, is proud to announce that they have recently moved to a new location. They can now be found at 14859 Bessemer Street. The new facility is far larger and more modern than the previous one and therefore, more fit for purpose and expansion of classes and offerings.
Owner Chanida Sintuu says: "CrossFit training is becoming increasingly popular, something that we are very happy about. We are committed to providing athletes with the best facilities and best equipment, and because of the increasing number of people joining, our old location was fast becoming too small and outdated for our purposes. We love the new center and we're very happy to see our customers love it as well."
CrossFit is a popular form of strength and conditioning training. So popular, in fact, that it is used by many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes all over the world. Because it is of high intensity and requires a significant amount of strength, Vault CrossFit does require people to take part in a three part fundamentals training session first. Sintuu explains: "Anyone new to our facility will be assessed in 60 seconds or less to determine eligibility to take our classes. Please take note of this before you arrive and be prepared to demonstrate your CrossFit knowledge. Be sure to sign up for Vault Basics if you need a refresher prior to your first CrossFit class."
Besides offering CrossFit classes, the center also offers gymnastics, Olympic lifting, dynamics, yoga, and spin classes, with more offerings to come soon. Furthermore, they have a number of personal training sessions available, for those who have very specific training goals and require an extra boost or more personal attention. Those who have trained here have been full of praise of the center. Tiffany K., for instance, says on the business' Facebook page: "I spent over a year at a different box and looked at almost a dozen other boxes before joining Vault. The coaching team here is the best I've ever seen. The programming is the best I've ever seen. And the athletes are absolutely amazing and super supportive of their community. I couldn't be happier to be a part of the Vault CrossFit."
